Terry Sharp

is a licensed attorney who has provided legal services in the Mt. Vernon area for over 30 years. Due to his earlier experience as a real estate salesman in 1969, he understands the problems of the real estate professionals. He supervises the work of the real estate department and is able to offer legal advice related to any real estate transaction.

Barb Forrest

is our real estate closing agent. She served as a licensed real estate agent in the Mt. Vernon area for 13 years prior to joining our firm. She understands the importance of your time, knowing that the best real estate transactions are not only done quickly, they are done right.

is our senior abstractor with 57 years experience searching real estate records and preparing title reports. Bob Webb also specializes in complicated title searches and title problems. He has worked alongside his son, Greg Webb, for the past 26 years passing along his vast amount of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry.

Sheryl Watwood

is ready to answer your inquiries and ensure that your real estate transaction is completed in a timely manner. She specializes in proof-reading and typing various real estate documents and handles the billing for Sharp Title Services. Sheryl also assists the firm as a paralegal.

Jennifer Ferguson

travels to county courthouses throughout Southern Illinois searching real estate records as well as retrieving and recording documents. Jennifer also assists in the preparation of real estate documents, i.e. title commitments and policies, deeds, PTAX Forms, etc.
