How Does This Process Work?
Each agent is assigned a username and password which is received via an
automatic email. Agents are then able to sign on to our site and submit an
order or check status of a title search that has already been ordered.
Sharp Title Services has the ability to set
the individual files up in a way that all updates or notes that are made to the
order are automatically emailed to the agent. The agent is also able
to communicate with us using the same means. The agent also has the
ability to access documents that our office has prepared, including the
HUD statement.
